How to treat your honey well
Keep the lid tight
Honey pulls water from the air. A closed lid keeps it thick and sweet.
Use a dry spoon
A wet spoon invites trouble. Dry spoon, happy honey.
No fridge needed
A cupboard away from the sun is perfect. The fridge only makes it set faster.
Thick or cloudy is normal
That is natural crystallising. Warm water bath, a few minutes, and it pours again.
